Annmarie Fairweather has been the Human Resources Chief at Learning Ally since 2008. She is responsible for all of our processes that deal with People, People Management along with Talent Management and the development of culture. Annmarie Fairweather is an experienced Human Resources Leader with over 30 years of knowledge. She has collaborated with executives from diverse industries in order to enhance the performance of their businesses, particularly during rapid growth. She has been a trusted advisor who has helped translate the goals of an organization and their strategies into the people and business strategy by focusing on the management of change and engagement for employees. She is of the opinion that learning is one of the key elements of the leadership process. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and coached individuals who have achieved success and results. Her work helped to cultivate cultures in organizations which encourage learning and positive changes for both individuals as well as teams. While Annmarie is inspired to invest her energy and time to helping to further the mission of Learning Ally, she is currently providing support to a number of non-profit organisations in her spare time. As a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie has committed her time and talents to supporting Learning Ally's mission.
