Durrani moved from New York to Los Angeles in order to get noticed in Los Angeles. She got the job as the merchandising manger at DASH's boutique located in Calabasas. The store moved from Calabasas to West Hollywood, California, at the end of 2012. She also worked at the Southampton, New York, the store's retail space that debuted in 2014. She appeared in the spin-off show "Kourtney and Khloe in the Hamptons" while she was employed at the shop.
