Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of was just 16 years old. After a year, she received her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant, model, and a sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness events after she quit gymnastics. Within a single year, she earned her pro card when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel was off the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015 she continued her journey from the previous year's the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance she competed for many years and set new goals every year. In 2009 she had won four fitness titles. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) by winning at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took the first six years of contest to earn her college degree. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel made a successful comeback during Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. They placed her third at the contest. In summer 2016, she took the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia and took 6th place for The Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to be 6th place at the level of Fitness despite not having any expectations. This is not a surprise since she placed so well, considering the competition. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to train is the back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. Warming up is usually done before the actual workout. Also Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as feasible. Converting all the back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
